I T COMPETENCE
In order to deliver the most focussed, and cost effective training and development to the target population, it would be sensible to establish needs on an individual basis. I am currently working on the development of a self assessment questionnaire, which can be used both as a selection tool and as a tool for analysing training needs.
The assessments should identify which of the following ratings apply to a given individual for each of the competencies listed above :
Each competence will be broken down into sub-sets, allowing quite targetted training to be designed around the individual's needs.
Organisations, and individuals, will also need to review the performance ALL managers and staff achieve in two key areas crucial to Teleworking success :
